Price Breakdown
The camp fee is $750, and its payment will cover your cozy spot to pitch your tent and three delicious meals a day, showers, shade and cozy places to hang.

Every year, our camp is made possible through the collective financial contributions of all its members. For 2025, the shared camp fee is $750.
If you’re unable to remain for strike and MOOP duties (cleaning and breakdown) through:
Monday at 4 PM, we ask for a $100 contribution
Sunday at 4 PM, we ask for a $200 contribution
This helps support the crew who stay behind to close camp responsibly, keeping us in good standing with the Burning Man community and Placement.

Payment and Refund Details:
For those that paid a camp deposit before June 1, the remaining balance is due by July 15, 2025
Our cancellation policy allows for a full refund until July 1 and a 50% refund until July 15, 2025. No refunds will be issued after this date.
Please note: Replacing campers at the last minute is extremely difficult, so we ask that you consider your commitment seriously before submitting your deposit.

Burning Man Event Ticket: Purchased separately (estimated at $700 with taxes and fees).
Personal Needs: Please budget for transportation, water, costumes, and gifts.
